Where do you deliver to ?

The Sexy Jeans Shop currently delivers to:
UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery within the UK - £4.99 per order.
Delivery to Europe - £9.99 per order.
Delivery to USA, Canada and rest of world - £14.99 per order.
Any free delivery offers for UK only.

Delivery for UK orders over £50.00 - free delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to send orders within 48 hours of payment clearing. Orders are sent using first class delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES: UK deliveries unsually arrive within two working days of despatch. International deliveries can take up to 28 days but usually take around 7-10 days. If you have not received your UK item within 7 days, (International items within 14 days), please check at your local sorting office to see whether they are holding the package for you there. If there is no sign of your delivery at your sorting office, please contact us. Prompt refunds are always given for any lost items.

Please remember that we are not responsible for delivery times once an item has been despatched.

How do I RETURN / EXCHANGE and item?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased from The Sexy Jeans Shop, simply return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition by Recorded Delivery. Refunds consist of the cost of the item. Refunds do not cover postage costs. For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for an alternative of the same or less value, unless an additional payment is made to cover the difference. Postage costs are not covered and you will need to submit a second payment to cover the shipping of the exchange item. Exchanges are actioned within 1-2 days of item receipt.

For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original unworn condition sent using a recorded delivery service.

When returning items please include a note of your name, address, order number and item, along with instructions for either a refund or exchange.

DAMAGES: In the rare event of an item being received damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange/refund. Please note that all items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch.  We cannot accept back worn items that have been damaged by the buyer.
